Sandwich: Peanut butter and unprocessed honey
Hungry Student: Austin Dyck, first-year arts student

Austin Dyck is a 6-foot-1, 205-pound guy that can be regularly found at the gym squatting 225 pounds for a warm-up. He’s looking at getting into police studies. Needless to say, I’ll retire from my life of crime when this guy joins the force.
You would think that if you want all the protein and carbs to build muscle, you’ll get a big meaty sub, but Austin went the opposite route, replacing the meat with something sweet. He’ll probably be one of those undercover agents based on this sandwich’s design: sweet on the outside but packs a muscle-building protein punch on the inside.

Bad guys should keep an eye out for this sandwich, as its owner just may be undercover.

Carillon: What’s on your sandwich?

Dyck: Peanut butter and unprocessed honey. If you do the math, it works out to be 7.5 grams of protein, and 17.5 carbs in every slice.

Carillon: Why such a light snack for such a beefy looking guy like yourself?

Dyck: Well it’s quick and easy to make; it only took me about five minutes to put together and it’s really good to have between classes. Also, it is delicious.
